MawqAI is provided by MawqAI, operated by Mostafa M. Talaat. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the provider, and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.
Subscriptions bought on this website are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller for the transaction: it takes the payment, issues the receipt and invoice, collects any sales tax or VAT, and handles refunds, under Paddle's buyer terms. These terms govern your use of the software.
MawqAI is a hosted web application for field operations. It captures work through online forms, checks submitted photos against what was recorded using automated and AI based checks, generates reports, and runs scheduled automation. Features vary by plan.
AI checks are an aid to review, not a substitute for it. They can produce incorrect results. You remain responsible for decisions you take based on the output.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts are for named users and must not be shared.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of the data you put into MawqAI. You grant us the permission needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data while your subscription is active. Ask us and we will help.
Plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars at the prices shown on our pricing page. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is calculated at checkout.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may change prices with at least 30 days notice before the change affects your renewal.
We work to keep MawqAI available and take regular backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third party failures and events outside our control can cause downtime. We will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where fees remain unpaid after notice. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data where you have not maintained your own export or backup.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
